UACC meeting On July 16th, 2004

 

University Apartments Residence Meeting held on Tuesday, July 16^th, 2004 (5:15pm-6:15 pm) in room 1.

The following issues have been discussed during the meeting:

Election of New Secretary:

             ---Xiaohua Fan as a new secretary of UACC: Unanimous Vote.

             ---Anand Mohan resigned.

 Events---Adult social on July 17^th

               Volunteers need to come slightly early (~6:00PM) to set up the room.

               Please publicize the event.

           ---UACC Welcome party on August 28^th.

 UA comments:

                  ---Old, unused bikes blocking spaces. (Especially in Ball Street Area)

                       Maria will inform officer and the processing of tagging unused bikes will be initiated

                  ---Video inventory. $509 worth of DVDs were purchased.

  ---A Scanner has been purchased and the entire video collection will soon be computerized, and scannable movie passes will also be issued (time frames: a few months). After computerization, residents will be able to check status of availability of videos online at UACC website.

                  Door prizes; Most prizes will go with lotto (bingo!)
