The executive officers' meeting held on Sunday, 21st Sep. 

Attendees: Rahul, Reza, Sandeep and Ali.

The following topics have been discussed:

-Pest Control

Sandeep talked to the person in charge. It seems that the gentleman in charge has demanded all the residents to empty out their kitchen cabinet  before any pest control. We discussed that this perquisite was not practical and would bring hassles to the residents.

Sandeep is working for an alternative procedure.

It was mentioned that the pest control should be done differently in each type of apartments. For instance the insect problem of Hensel apartments might differ from that of Ball St.

-Suggestion Box

It was decided that we have a UACC suggestion box in UA community center.

-Two new officer positions

It was suggested that we add two new officers to the executive board (probably under the titles of publicity officer and the web designer)

-Parking and the Bus route

Sandeep is arranging a meeting with Ms. Mary Miller about parking issues and bus services.

-Space for UACC

UACC also needs a file cabinet to archive the files and a computer to launch the web site.

-Future Questionnaire

Our previous questionnaire was just about the rent and the parking problem. For future questionnaires, it was suggested that we include more items, which reflect the resident life in UA.
